Terms & Conditions
Order Acceptance
Your order is confirmed only when we send a formal confirmation email to your provided address. We reserve the right to cancel orders for:
- Stock shortages (for non-custom items—we notify you and offer a full refund).
- Pricing errors (e.g., incorrect sale prices due to website glitches—we cancel and explain the issue).
- Incomplete delivery information (e.g., missing unit number for a South Australia address—we contact you to confirm before canceling).
- Suspected fraudulent activity (e.g., invalid payment details, duplicate orders with the same address).
Payment Terms
- Accepted Methods: Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Afterpay (buy now, pay later—split into 4 interest-free installments for orders over $50 AUD).
- Payment Security: All payments are processed via PCI DSS-compliant gateways—your financial data is never stored on our servers.
- Deposits: Customized items (e.g., engraved Smartwatch bands) require a 30% deposit at order placement; the remaining 70% is due before shipping.
Product Descriptions
We strive for accurate details (features, compatibility, specs) and images, but minor variations may occur (these do not count as “misrepresentation” under Australian Consumer Law if trivial):
- Color Differences: Smartwatch band hues or Surveillance Camera casing colors may vary slightly due to batch production or screen resolution.
- Feature Variations: Some Smartwatches may have minor differences in app compatibility (all core features—notifications, fitness tracking—are included).
- Battery Life: Actual battery life may vary based on usage (e.g., heavy GPS use reduces fitness Smartwatch battery life).
We resolve significant discrepancies (e.g., a “waterproof” Smartwatch that isn’t) via return/exchange at no cost to you.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s). We are not responsible for indirect damages, including:
- Loss of use (e.g., a delayed Surveillance Camera affecting home security).
- Data loss (e.g., footage lost from a Surveillance Camera due to incorrect SD card installation—follow user guides).
- Device damage (e.g., a faulty Charging Cable damaging a Smartwatch—we replace the cable but not the watch).
Updates to Terms
We may revise these terms to reflect changes in business practices (e.g., new Smartwatch software updates) or legal requirements (e.g., updates to the Australian Privacy Act). Updated terms are posted on our website—your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance. We notify you of major changes via email (if you opted in to communications).
