Return & Exchange Policy
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Submit a Request: Email profile-toyed-2j@icloud.com with:
- Your order number
- Item type (e.g., “iOS Fitness Smartwatch (42mm)”, “1080p Wireless Surveillance Camera”, “Apple Watch Charging Cable (2m)”)
- Reason for return/exchange (e.g., “smartwatch won’t pair”, “camera won’t connect to Wi-Fi”, “wrong cable length”)
- Clear photos of the item (and defects, if applicable—e.g., cracked screen, faulty port) to speed up review.
- Receive Approval: Our team reviews requests within 2 business days (prioritizing defective smart devices). If approved:
- For small items (Smartwatch, Charging Cable): We send a pre-paid return label (we cover return costs for defects/incorrect items; you cover costs for change-of-mind returns).
- For large items (Surveillance Camera kits): We arrange a courier pickup (free for defect-related returns; $20 AUD fee for change-of-mind returns—due to size/weight logistics).
- Ship the Item Back:
- For smart devices: Repack in original packaging (include all accessories: e.g., Smartwatch bands, Surveillance Camera mounting kits, Charging Cable adapters).
- For small items: Ensure original seals are intact (if unopened) or repack in a clean, sealed bag (if defective).
- Include a copy of your order confirmation and ship to our South Australia address (3 Keane Court, South Australia 5161, Australia) within 7 days of approval.
Refund & Exchange Timelines
- Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving/picking up the item (we verify condition, functionality, and packaging). Refunds are issued to your original payment method—you’ll get an email confirmation once complete.
- Exchanges: We ship your replacement item (e.g., working Surveillance Camera, compatible Smartwatch) within 3–5 business days of verifying the returned item meets eligibility. Exchange shipping is free for defect/incorrect item requests.
