Shipping Destinations
We ship exclusively to Australian addresses (covering all states and territories: South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory, and Australian Capital Territory). International shipping is not available at this time—this decision is based on two key factors:
- Tech Device Regulations: Smartwatches and Surveillance Cameras are subject to strict import/export rules (e.g., radio frequency compliance, data privacy standards) that vary by country. Shipping internationally could lead to customs delays or rejected shipments.
- Product Protection: Fragile components (e.g., Smartwatch screens, Surveillance Camera lenses) require careful handling. Domestic shipping allows us to partner with trusted Australian carriers to minimize damage risk.
For remote Australian areas (e.g., rural Western Australia, outback Queensland, Tasmanian islands), an additional $12 AUD fee applies to Surveillance Camera kits (due to their size and weight). This fee covers extended courier routes and is automatically added at checkout when a remote address is entered.

- WA/SA Remote/TAS (Perth, regional SA, Hobart): 4–6 business days (extended due to inter-state transit and regional delivery routes).
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days (couriers may use local depots for final delivery, leading to slight delays).
- Expedited Shipping:
- Available for Charging Cables, single Smartwatches, and single Surveillance Cameras in SA/NSW/VIC/QLD major cities (kits are too large for expedited handling).
- Delivery timeline: 1–2 business days (priority processing, with morning delivery for orders placed before 10 AM AEST).
- Holiday Delays: Allow an extra 2–3 business days during peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Black Friday). We recommend placing orders for time-sensitive items (e.g., Surveillance Cameras for home security) at least 5 business days in advance.
Order Processing Time
- Standard Items (Charging Cables, Smartwatches): Processed within 1 business day of order placement (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays: ANZAC Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day).
- Surveillance Cameras (Single/Kits): Require an extra 1 business day for pre-shipment checks (e.g., verifying all parts—mounting brackets, power adapters, user manuals—are included; testing basic functionality to ensure Wi-Fi connectivity works).

We will prioritize processing your order and notify you if expedited shipping is available.
Delivery Details
- Tracking: A unique tracking number is sent to your email within 24 hours of shipping. You can monitor delivery status via the carrier’s website (Australia Post Tracking for standard shipping, CouriersPlease Track for expedited orders).
- Packaging Protection:
- Charging Cables: Packed in padded envelopes to prevent bending or pin damage.
- Smartwatches: Wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in rigid boxes to protect screens from impacts—additional foam inserts secure the device and accessories (bands, chargers).
- Surveillance Cameras: Shipped in double-walled cardboard boxes with foam cutouts for cameras, lenses, and mounting parts—this minimizes movement and damage during transit.
- Delivery Confirmation: Required for all Surveillance Camera orders (value over $80 AUD) and optional for smaller items. If no one is available to sign:
- The carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions to reschedule or pick up the package from a local depot.
- Most carriers attempt redelivery once (next business day) before returning the package to us.
Delivery Issues & Claims
- Lost/Delayed Orders:
- First, check the tracking link—carriers often mark items as “in transit” even if delayed, or hold packages for address verification (e.g., missing unit numbers for apartments).
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline (e.g., major city standard shipping takes more than 5 business days), email us with your order number and tracking ID.
- We will file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue within 3 business days:
- For time-sensitive items (e.g., Surveillance Cameras), we send a replacement at no cost.
- For non-urgent items (e.g., Charging Cables), we offer a full refund or replacement—your choice.
- Damaged Items:
- Inspect packages immediately upon delivery—note damage on the carrier’s receipt (if possible) and take clear photos of the packaging and damaged item (e.g., cracked Smartwatch screen, broken Camera lens).
- Email us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damage (packaging + item).
- A brief description of the issue (e.g., “Surveillance Camera lens arrived shattered”).
- We will send a replacement item free of charge (no need to return the damaged item—we prioritize getting your smart devices to you quickly) or issue a full refund if preferred.
